Register for Winter Camp and Summer Camp too!

Camp Halloween is filling up!
This is a great one-day taste of camp. Siblings of all ages and non-scouts are welcome! Fun activities are planned such as BB guns and archery, pumpkin decorating, scavenger hunt, Cub World games and more. Lunch is included.
The cost for Scouts is $35 and the cost for siblings under 5 and adults is $10.
Camp Halloween takes place at Camp Edward in Snohomish, from 10am-4pm.
Pack 427 has a group going to Camp Halloween at Camp Edwards Saturday, October 22. There are only a limited number of spots left for that date (39 as of the writing of this email) so if your family wants to register and hasn’t already, now is the time! You can register to go with the pack on October 22 at pack427.org/payments/.
If you can’t make it on October 22 but you do want to attend Camp Halloween, you can register by going to https://seattlebsa.org/camping/camp-halloween/and clicking the “Register Now!” button.
Winter Camp registration is open
Winter Camp is a 2-night experience at Camp Sheppard, near Crystal Mountain and the base of Mt. Rainier. Arrive Friday evening, get checked in to your heated bunk-house style cabin, spend Saturday doing fun activities in the snow, and depart Sunday morning. This event always sells out early, so register soon!
Pack 427 has a group going to Winter Camp from February 10-12. You can register to go with the pack at pack427.org/payments/.
Activities last year included snow tubing, a hike where we identified animal tracks, snow volcano making, BB guns, archery, and of course, a good campfire. For photos from last year, go to https://pack427.org/

The cost is $140 per person (Scout or adult). All meals are included. Sorry, no siblings for this event.
If we have enough Scouts and parents attending, we’ll try and reserve a whole cabin, but because of the need for single-gender cabins, we can’t promise this will work out. In the past, we have been able to partition cabins so families of mixed genders can stay together. We can’t promise that will work out again, but we’ll do our best, as always.
If you don’t think your scout is ready for overnight camp yet, there are a limited number of day-only spots for Saturday, February 11 available as well. You can also register for those on our website. Keep in mind the drive too and from Camp Sheppard is almost 2 hours, and activities run from about 8:30am until the evening campfire, so it is a long day.
If you can’t make it that weekend but you do want to attend, you can register for other dates by going to https://seattlebsa.org/camping/camp-sheppard/and clicking the “2023 Winter Camp Registration” button.
Summer Camp is open for registration too!
Pack 427 will be going July 27-30, 2023. Summer camp is held at Camp Edward in Snohomish. All Scouts currently in grades K-4 are welcome. This year’s AOLs (5th graders) should consider Scouts BSA camp.
Activities include nature hikes, crafts, swimming, boating, BB guns, archery, a climbing wall, and more! For photos from 2022, visit https://pack427.org/summer-camp-2022-photos/
The cost for Scouts is $335 and the cost for adults is $206. Sorry, no siblings for this event.
All meals are included, and accommodations are 8-person bunk house cabins and 2-person platform tents. While the bunk houses have to remain single gender, tents can be used by families.
You can register to go with the pack at pack427.org/payments/.
If you can’t make it July 27-30 but you do want to attend, you can register by going to https://seattlebsa.org/camping/camp-edward/ and clicking the “Register Now!” button.
